How do I create a media kit?
Sign up, connect TikTok, Instagram, and/or YouTube, add bio, headshot, highlights, and packages. Publish to get a collabkit.me link; dashboard edits go live immediately.
What does “verified stats” mean?
Upload analytics screenshots on any plan; we extract demographics and performance for your public kit (raw captures stay private). The “Verified by CollabKit” badge on the live page is Pro-only and appears when you have verified screenshot data. Without uploads, Starter still shows AI-inferred audience hints where available.
Which social platforms can I connect?
TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for profile context and metrics. Tell us if you need another channel—we prioritize from feedback.
How do I update my media kit after publishing?
Open the dashboard editor. Changes to copy, collabs, pricing, sections, or connected accounts reflect on your public link right away. Export a fresh PDF on Pro when you need a file.
How do brands contact me?
Enable the brand inquiry form on your public kit; submissions email to you. On Pro you can add booking-style CTAs where supported.
Can I see which brand viewed my media kit?
On Pro, add a ref tag per outreach (e.g. ?ref=glossier). Performance shows opens per label and last viewed time.
What’s included on the Starter plan?
One hosted kit, one connected platform, top posts, engagement from the profile, analytics uploads for demographics, packages, inquiry form, ?ref= tracking on views, monthly stat refresh, and CollabKit branding on the public link.
What does the Pro plan add?
Pro adds the public verified badge, unlimited platforms on one page, optional branding removal, PDF export, per-brand link tracking, deal workflow tools, faster refresh (~2 days), and priority support.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
New accounts get 14 days of Pro without a card. After that, stay on Starter or subscribe.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel in the dashboard; Pro stays active through the period you already paid for.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Starter?
Your kit and data remain; limits revert to Starter (one platform, branding, no verified badge, no PDF). Uploads and extracted metrics stay available.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes—about 20% less than monthly. Switch in billing settings when available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe: major cards and PayPal. We don’t store full card numbers.
Is my data secure? Who can see my kit?
We follow standard security practices for accounts, uploads, and hosting. Your public page shows only what you publish. Details: Privacy Policy.
